On Monday, December 21st, sous chef Edson Chavez takes over the kitchen at Farmstead Table for a menu of traditional Peruvian cuisine. Chavez, who hails from Trujillo, Peru, will be offering tapas-style and larger dishes like ceviche, tiradito, anticucho and papas a la huancaina.
