For the next Tuesday Night Supper Club, chef-owner Michael Leviton and Jeff Pond get into the inaugural spirit with a special all American menu. The three-course End of an Error prix fixe starts with New England clam chowder; gets down to business with bbq pork shoulder, cornbread, coleslaw, potato salad and braised greens with bacon; and wraps up with apple pie and vanilla ice cream from pastry chef Katie Kimble.
