Chef Karen Akunowicz is ready to take you on a journey through this unique corner of the world, which is nestled at the foot of the Alps and borders France and Switzerland. It’s home to some of the most renowned wines in the country, and you’ll get to taste your way through the landscape through three courses of food and wine pairings inspired by the hills and valleys of the area.
