Paul Hobbs Wine Dinner at Catalyst

Catalyst

Paul Hobbs, farmer, winemaker and founder of Paul Hobbs Wines, has long been seen as an international visionary for combining his family farm with his scientific approach to winemaking. His wines are known for breaking from tradition and creating new paths for exceptional wine, and last year were in the Wine Enthusiast’s list of “California’s Top 10 Collectible Wines”. So don’t miss the opportunity to taste your way through this collection on Tuesday, November 17th at Catalyst. The award-winning winemakers from Paul Hobbs will be giving a guided six-wine tasting followed by a three-course paired dinner — all for $80. If you rather just enjoy the tasting, tickets are $60.
