On Sunday, August 24th, winery co-owner, Donald Patz, joins blu sommelier, Levi Dalton, and chef Dante deMagistris for an extraordinary dinner highlighting Patz & Hall’s Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Chef deMagistris has created a menu that amplifies the rich, full-blown flavors of these classic Burgundian model Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Guests can anticipate an array of flavors and accents found in these stunning wines with a complementary menu that includes littleneck clams tossed with whole wheat cavatelli, guanciale and lemon breadcrumbs; pan roasted white salmon, shitake duxelles flash sautéed heirloom tomatoes with basil and garlic chips and Niman Ranch pork tenderloin seared with sweet spices, sopressata, buffalo mozzarella, grilled marinated eggplant and mizuna greens.
