Get the al fresco dining season off to an appropriately festive start at dante’s riverside patio party. Come Saturday, June 16th, chef Dante deMagistris and team will be firing up the grill for an afternoon of cocktails and Italian BBQ. Get to the Royal Sonesta at 1:00pm so you can pick your prime river-viewing perch, and enjoy an array of delicious thinks on which to sip and snack. There’ll be drink stations for beer lovers (from 21st Amendment), wine drinkers (Rose All Day, anyone?) and fans of spirits (Bourbon Peach Tea), as well as eats like lamb spiedini, robiola burgers and caprese cups. There’ll also be a DJ spinning tunes, and, of course, pretty-as-a-picture views of the Charles and the city skyline.
