On Tuesday, February 7th, the newest member of the Langham Hotel’s kitchen crew, executive pastry chef Alejandro Luna, will be making an appearance on The Early Show on CBS. Tune in around 8:17am (channel 4 in Boston) for the segment featuring Luna – he’ll be talking about the recent Chocolate Bar trend (that’s Chocolate Bar like the Langham Hotel’s Saturday afternoon Chocolate Bar, not chocolate bar as in Milky Way or Twix).
