Passover Prep with Tony Maws

Don’t let Passover pass you by this year—you can be the star of the seder with culinary help from chef Tony Maws. On Saturday, April 1st, get yourself to Craigie on Main for a cooking class and three-course lunch. Maws will show you the ropes on matzo balls and broth with hands-on demos and take you through the process of great braised brisket. After class comes lunch – three plates paired with wines – and you’ll leave with take-home schmaltz and recipes to recreate the dishes for your Passover guests.
