Burro Bar will be getting their groove on for Halloween weekend with a costumed dinner party with Boston-based electrofunk duo Tall Heights. Pick out the perfect getup and get to 1357 Washington St. in the South End for some Latin-American eats and smooth sounds on Sunday, October 30th from 7:00 to 10:30pm. London-based creative agency The Wild Honey Pie is putting on the show, which will feature a special multi-course tasting menu, plus sponsored sips courtesy of Topo Chico mineral waters and Sierra Nevada beers. Tall Heights formed in 2009 in Sturbridge as a collaboration between friends Tim Harrington (singer/guitarist) and Paul Wright (singer/cellist), and Boston locals may remember them busking downtown or from gigging at venues like the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge. Their music has been compared to Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, and Arcade Fire. Check them out on Spotify here.
