Party Like a French Revolutionary

Head to Marlborough Street on Friday, July 13th for a Bastille Day celebration courtesy of the French Cultural Center. For the 37th year straight, the area between Berkeley and Clarendon streets will be blocked off so that revelers can dance to the music of Diblo Dibala and Sarazino. A bunch of frenchified restaurants will also be getting in on the fun, offering a la carte treats and a cash bar to keep you sated – look out for Petit Robert Bistro, Sandrine’s Bistro, Chez Henri and Brasserie Jo among others. Tickets to the 6:00 to 11:00pm bash are available online for $28 or at the event for $35 (if there are any left). It’s a go rain or shine – allons-y.
