On Thursday, January 16th, Parsnip’s Chef Jeffrey Salazar is channeling his heritage and inviting his friends at BOSFilipinos for a night celebrating this delicious and underrepresented cuisine. Choose from two seatings at 6:00 and 8:00pm and bring your friends to dig into a selection of authentic appetizers followed by a family-style feast including whole fried tilapia, smoked pork adobo, and fried banana spring rolls with queso ice cream for dessert.
