Small and mighty is the ethos of Forlorn Hope, a company of fearless winemakers that’s nestled in California’s Sierra Foothills. Their focus is on crafting uncommon varietals cultivated on unknown appellations all through the power of organic farming. Two team members from the West Coast vineyard, Matthew Rorick and Danielle Shehab, will be flying over to Cambridge on Tuesday, May 7th to pair four of their rare creations (in collaboration with Pammy’s GM & Wine Director, Lauren Hayes) with the culinary handiwork from chef-owner Chris Willis. The four courses and corresponding sips cost $85 per person, and you can give 617.945.1761 to make a reservation.
