Have yourself a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner party with the fun-loving wine mavens from Pammy’s. Wine Director and General Manager Lauren Hayes is hosting a virtual shindig on Wednesday, February 10th in collaboration with the Commonwealth Wine School. The festivities include a four-course take-out meal from Pammy’s award-winning chef-owner Chris Willis accompanied by six perfectly paired wines.
Scope out the menu below and plan on swinging by the Cambridge trattoria (right on Mass Ave between Central and Harvard Squares) for pick up between 5:00 and 5:30pm. Then scoot home, get out some plates and log in to the Zoom chat at 6:30pm. Hayes will guide you through the whole thing – sharing info about the wines, why she chose them and her whole pairing philosophy. Not only will you get to enjoy an exceptional meal but you’ll expand your wine knowledge and be well on your way to forming your own pairing philosophy. Tickets, available online here, cost $195 each (you can add an extra wine tasting kit if you plan on wining and dining a deux.
