Take a cue from the Italians and take part in Aperitivo Hour, which has returned to Pammy’s for the season. The New American trattoria that’s sandwiched between Central and Harvard Squares turns two this summer so you haven’t made it to the Cambridge fave yet, here’s another reason to swing by. From 4:30 to 5:30pm Monday through Saturday, snag a bunch of snackers like fried scamorza, house pate, house terrine, dry-aged charcuterie, house mustarda, pickles, warm marinated olives, grisini and seasonable fruit (what’s on the menu depends on chef-owner Chris Willis) alongside seasonal cocktails and a rotating Lambrusco pick from Wine Director Lauren Hayes. It’s walk-in only but if you have questions, call 617.945.1761.
