Pagu plays host to a stellar line-up of top tier drink-makers at their new bartender pop up series launching on Monday, February 6th. To get the party started: Krystal Gail, founder of Thrash The Bar, a mission-driven mobile bar pop-up where they emphasize sustainability (they get their product from like-minded local vendors, use 100% recyclable materials and compost their food waste). Pop over to Cambridge (you can reserve a spot online here) to catch Gail behind the bar, mixing (and probably shaking and possibly stirring) craft tiki cocktails from 5:00-10:00pm. Chef-owner Tracy Chang and her kitchen team will be making some special, a la carte bar snacks to munch on – coconut shrimp, suckling pig taquitos and spicy chicken wings – so you def won’t go hungry.
