March is Women’s History Month, and PAGU is marking the occasion with a sake & wine dinner that’s all about supporting bad-ass female producers. On Thursday, March 28th, join leading lady Rachelle Bose of Vine Connections — they’re a big time importer of sake straight from Japanese makers and family-made wines from Argentina, Chile, and California — as she walks you through three kinds of each sipper (three sakes, three wines) during your meal. Chef-owner Tracy Chang’s menu of spring faves like razor clams, stinging nettles, and lamb chops will complement the carefully chosen drinks, and everything will be set out on a communal table (yay for making new friends!). Tickets are $80 per person and includes the eats, sips, tax and gratuity. Head this way to show that you know the future is, indeed, female.
