All great Fourth of July celebrations involve a cookout and eating outside, and PAGU is ready to deliver both. On Wednesday, July 4th, chef Tracy Chang will be prepping a giant batch of paella on their patio along with Wagyu brisket sandwiches, sips from Shacksbury Cider, chilled beers, and PAGU’s very own sangría and rosé. From noon through 6:00pm, stroll past Central Square and pay a visit to the party on your way to the Charles River. Take your food to-go — it’s only a 10 minute walk down Mass Ave to benches & grassy area along Memorial Drive — or plan to stay and hang out during the afternoon.
