Central Square’s PAGU and Framingham’s finest craft beer creators, Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company, are joining forces for a Japanese fusion inspired, four-course beer dinner on Wednesday, February 21st. The event is hosted by Tap That Boston (a beer events company in the Greater Boston area), and they’re organizing a series of craft beer dinners that pair independent breweries with international cuisine restaurants in a “Hop Around the World” drinking & dining tour. PAGU’s party is the first stop, and you’ll enjoy a curated menu (see below) from chef-owner Tracy Chang along with pairings and tasting notes from Exhibit A’s head brewer Matt Steinberg. Tickets are $79; get yours here.
