Paella Party with Chef Jamie Bissonnette

Learn the ins-and-outs of the Spanish speciality first-hand from chef Jamie Bissonnette (Coppa, Toro, Little Donkey) in an evening cooking class on Thursday, April 12th. He’ll cover the background and basics of the iconic meal, while you sip wine and prep your paella. The event is hosted by Lovin’ Spoonfuls, a local food rescue organization, in the La Scuola kitchen at Eataly from 6:00-8:00pm. Leave with takeaway tips of how to make your own rice dish at home and minimize food waste in your kitchen.
