Featuring seasonal (and on-trend) ingredients meant to turn up the heat (Japanese whiskey, tea, Calvados and activated charcoal), these drinks are the just the thing to make you want to take off your coat and stay awhile. Try the Evening Tea (chilled Hojicha green tea, Bulleit bourbon, ginger liqueur and bitters) with your dinner, or try a Nail in the Coffin (Suntory Took, Madeira, Licor 43 and fernet) alongside some of PABU’s savory happy hour treats like the Tokyo fried chicken, spare ribs with red chili glaze, and Robatayaki skewers, available for a steal Monday through Friday between 4:00 and 6:00pm).
