The Outlook at the Envoy’s superstar cooker is a two-time Chopped champion, and she’s eager to share her culinary creations with you through a four-course tasting menu. Each plate will be paired with a sipper from the Dublin-based craft distillery, so you’ll be prepped and prepared for all the day drinking you have planned on Saturday and Sunday.
