Pilsner Urquell Dinner at Outlook Kitchen

Pilsner Urquell Website

Devoted beer lovers know that the world’s first pale lager was created back in the 1800s by Pilsner Urquell Brewery in the Czech Republic, and on Tuesday, November 6th, Pilsner Urquell’s national brand ambassador Brian Panzica is popping up on Sleeper Street to continue spreading the love for the blond brew. Join chef Tatiana Rosana, a two-time Chopped champion and all-around badass, at the Outlook Kitchen + Bar for five courses — from focaccia to fennel to stone fruit panzanella — that pair with one of the most popular styles of beer on the planet. The beer has a slight sweetness countered by a bit of bitterness, and (as you’ll see in its signature presentation) a thick layer of foam seals in both aroma and flavor, adding a subtle smoothness to the sip. Dinner is $99 per person plus a processing fee — see menu details below, and snag your ticket here. Consider sticking around after dessert to watch Rosana compete in the final round of Chopped Champions—the Pilsner Urquell peeps will be hanging out pouring free brews for those who do.
