Barre and Soul and The Charles Hotel are going to help you get a strong yoga body this summer with Downdogs Downtown. Every Sunday morning you can head to the hotel courtyard at One Bennett Street in Harvard Square at 8:45am for a lively 60-minute vinyasa class. Classes are rain or shine — there is a covered area in the lower courtyard so you won’t get wet while you’re earning your moment of zen. Once you’re feeling all long and lean, you can head to Henrietta’s Table in the lobby of the hotel for a fresh, organic, healthy breakfast — there are a la carte offerings like fresh fruits and berries, veggie quiche, frittata and crab cakes Benedict, or opt for their impressive brunch buffet for a little taste of everything.
