Our Fathers in Allston is a gin bar on a mission to educate the masses on their favorite spirit, and on Saturday, February 23rd, you can get a double-dose of gin-spiration with two back-to-back classes. Starting at 2:00pm, Gin 101 will take you on a whirlwind tour of gin’s junipery roots, from its European history to the modern Stateside revival, all while you enjoy gin tastings, a house G&T and snacks from the kitchen. At 4:00pm, advanced students can dial in their knowledge even further with Gin 102, which focuses on the Old Tom style. You’ll taste a dozen gins in this class, get a second G&T, more snacks, and all of the knowledge to impress your next date. Gin 101 is $40, and Gin 102 is $50.
