Oskar Blues & Soul Food at The Biltmore

Soul food and Blues come together seamlessly at The Biltmore’s upcoming beer dinner on Monday, February 24th. Culinary Director David Nevins and Chef de Cuisine Frank Toohey have invited the folks from Colorado’s Oskar Blues Brewery to join them in Newton for a five-course dinner full of Southern flavors. The craft brewery, known for distributing their wares in cans and aluminum containers only, will be pairing and assortment of their offerings with comfort food like shrimp and grits and Toohey’s take on chicken and waffles (which actually involves quail).
