The Boston Harbor Hotel honors West Coast Pinot Noir with a night of Oregon wines. Chef Daniel Bruce showcases his pairing skills with a four-course, nine-wine prix fixe on Tuesday, May 2nd. Plates like char-seared yellowfin and fennel pollen-rubbed duck will each be accompanied by two pours from a particular vineyard. (Winemakers Elk Cove, Argyle, Montinore and ROCO will provide the Pinot Noirs.) See below for the full menu, which is available for $155 per person – including tax and gratuity – online here. Dinner begins at 7:00pm with a white wine reception before the sit-down meal.
