Adelsheim Vineyard

No need to ford the river to get a taste of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. On Monday, November 2nd, Beacon Hill Bistro will showcase wines from Cooper Mountain and Adelsheim Vineyards with a four-course dinner. Wine director Cecilia Rait will be joined by Barbara Gross of the Cooper Mountain family to walk guests through three of Cooper’s organically grown wines and a Chardonnay from Adelsheim. The pours will be paired with a special, community-style meal from chef Lucas Sousa, including dishes like red kuri pumpkin ravioli and roast porcelet.
