Open House at the New England Culinary Institute

The New England Culinary Institute (NECI) invites the future chefs of Connecticut, Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts to its Essex and Montpelier, Vermont, campuses on Friday, July 21st for an exclusive look at the school’s hands-on educational model. Prospective students will get to peek into bakeshop and garde manger classes in progress, chat with current students and chef-instructors, and get the rundown on financial aid options. A tour of the facilities will lead participants through NECI’s student-run restaurants, kitchens, classrooms and dorms. The day will wind up in the library, where visitors will hear about NECI’s international internship program and the many career opportunities available to its sought-after graduates.
