Despite reports of an upcoming closing, it’s business as usual at Maison Robert. They celebrate summer produce with a fall wine tasting dinner titled “Ode to the Tomato”. Join chef Ken Duckworth in the Café at 7:00pm on Wednesday, September 3rd for a menu of smoked veal toast with tomato jam; cherry tomatoes stuffed with crab; chilled clear tomato soup with avocado, peppers, basil, onion and cucumber; tomato terrine with baked shrimp; striped bass with tomato and watermelon; beef tenderloin with marrow, tomato and thyme and candied tomato tart with tomato citrus sorbet.
