Okay ladies, get in formation. The peeps from the Pink Boots Society are challenging any and all preconceived notions of what beer brewer looks like, and a few folks from the changemaking organization are taking over the taps at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen on Thursday, April 25th. There’ll be eight 2019 releases on the lines for $8 each and the creators themselves from Harpoon Brewery, Idle Hands Craft Ales, Ipswich Ale Brewery, Lamplighter Brewing Co., River Styx Brewing, Bent Water Brewing Company, Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co. will be on-site to share insider tasting notes and behind-the-scenes tales of their crafting process. Light bar bites will be available for purchase, and $2 from each pour with be donated to the Boston chapter of Pink Boots Society to support female beer professionals.
