No need to bring your swim cap, and you can forget the water wings—Oak Long Bar + Kitchen’s urban pool party doesn’t actually involve a pool (but you won’t miss it a bit). There’ll be squirt gun fights and beach ball bouncing out on the palm tree shaded patio, and lots of a la carte goodies to choose from on the newly redesigned patio menu. Save room for special freeze pops—you can go boozy with Ghost Tequila, pineapple and lime for $7 each, or keep the dry theme going with non-alcoholic pops in flavors like strawberry, lemon-lime and grape for $3 each. For every drink you buy, you’ll get a game ticket, which you can use to “go fish” in the inflatable pool for fun prizes like a VIP Tour and Tasting for two at the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Sonoma, CA or “The Godfather” Trilogy DVDs. The party is free, but register here so they can get a head count (and to be sure they have enough beach balls, obviously).
