Happy Birthday, Fairmont Copley Plaza! On Monday, August 8th, the iconic Back Bay hotel, often called the Grand Dame of Boston, will be turning 110 years old. As part of the more-than-a-century-in-the-making festivities Executive Chef Zaid Khan has put together a special four-course throwback menu featuring modern interpretations of dishes that might have graced the menu back in the day (back in 1912 when the first guests checked in for $3.50 per night in the city’s first fully air-conditioned property).

Available from 3:00 to 10:00pm daily (in addition to the all day menu) at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen from Monday, August 8th through Monday, August 22nd, the prix fixe costs $110 per person (before tax and gratuity).
