Two spots from the Cushman Concepts — o ya and Hojoko — are partnering up with local beer masters, Trillium Brewing Company, for a dream team dinner series this month. No matter which event you’re able to make, you can drink up the trio’s collaborative libation: a special, yuzu fruited Berliner weisse.

o ya is offering up their space on Monday, January 27th for the first shindig of the series. A 15-course omakase tasting menu from chef Nathan Gould with dishes like Osetra caviar with potato chips, egg jam & chives and local jonah crab with tosazu jelly, seaweed and fresh wasabi root are on tap. The 30-seat-only dinner is $140 per person plus $80 to add on beer pairings. Get your tickets here.

Hojoko hosts the next stop on the local tour come Tuesday, January 28th. Beginning at 9:00pm, Fenway’s Japanese tavern will transform into one heck of a rager with late night eats like hamachi sashimi with yuzu leche de tigre sauce from chef Rob Wong. It’s a karaoke meets keg party that you won’t want to miss — no tickets are required, but you can book a table online.

Trillium’s Fort Point locale is your last chance to get in on the action. On Wednesday, January 29th, both Gould and Wong will be popping up at 5:00pm to prepare two types of specialty ramen and buns with pickles. Pair yours with the exclusive sip for a match made in Seaport heaven.
