Not So Nouveau Beaujolais

Serious Beaujolais is finally stepping out of the shadow of its not-so-serious nouveau beginnings, and the friendly, wine-savvy crew at Forage have planned a lovely soirée to help you get acquainted with some amazing expressions of Gamay. On Sunday, November 20th, wine guru Stan Hilbert will be sharing a special selection of small-production, natural and/or organic wines (available by the glass or magnum), to accompany a three-course menu of locally-sourced fare from chef Eric Cooper (think: roasted beet salad, sweet potato agnolotti and persimmon sorbet). Make a reservation here for Not So Nouveau Beaujolais shindig between 3:00 to 6:00pm and head to Cambridge for the afternoon or evening. You can check out the full menu below, and keep an eye on their Instagram for any updates, or call 617.576.5444 with Qs.
