Nose to Wassail


Drink is going whole-hog on Sunday, September 15th, with the return of their popular and delicious Nose to Wassail celebration. From noon to 3:00pm come celebrate fall in the best way possible—with a whole pig and a whole lot of apples (in the form of cider). Drink has invited Chef Amanda Lowry from The Butcher Shop to prepare a whole pig feast, featuring delicious preparations of every morsel from snout to tail. General Manager Ezra Star will compliment the pork party with a selection of ciders from her favorite small producers from near and far. You don’t need a reservation, and it’s all a la carte. Just come hungry.
