On Sunday, June 23rd ten chefs from the US and Canada will come together at JM Curley’s to raise funds for the American Farmland Trust. New York City’s April Bloomfield and Zak Pelaccio, Providence’s Matt Jennings and Canada’s Matty Matheson, Derek Damann, Lee Cooper, Rob Gentile and Jeremy Charles will team up with Boston’s own Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer to craft a reception and multi-course meal as part of the USA Northern Alliance dinner (they’re hosting a Canadian version in Montreal in August). Tickets for the 6:00pm event are available online for $250 apiece. Proceeds will go to help the Trust in their continued efforts to protect farmland, promote sound farming practices and keep farmers on their land.
