The wine-focused (some might say obsessed) folks at Red White Boston and the Quarterly Review of Wines are teaming up with Northshore magazine, NECN’s TV Diner, North Shore Dish and the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce for the first ever North Shore Wine Week. From Sunday, August 21st through Saturday, August 27th area restaurants and wine shops will show off their wares with great deals and complimentary events – tastings, dinners, special pairings and exclusive flights. If you don’t live in the area, plan a road trip to see what they’re serving at spots like 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar, Alfalfa Farm Winery, Brasserie 28, Ceia’s Kitchen & Bar, Latitude 43, Masa, Pamplemousse and Pellana, among plenty of others. To get the festivities off to a fun start they’re hosting a kick-off event at the Wine ConneXtion, located in North Andover on Saturday, August 20th.
