Want to taste what it’s like to eat at the best restaurant in the world? Chefs Daniel Gursha and David Ordonez, who both worked at Denmark’s Noma, are collaborating on a pop-up event at Ledger Restaurant & Bar on Wednesday, January 23rd. This international affair will pair eight elegant courses with wines from around the world, bringing you flavors inspired by Chef Ordonez’s Ibizan roots. The menu will marry locally-sourced ingredients with flavors of the Spanish islands in dishes like Quinoa Toast with Codium Seaweed and Bullit de Peix, a traditional Ibizan fish stew. It’s $150 per guest for this once-in-a-lifetime dining opportunity, not inclusive of tax and gratuity. Check out the full menu below, then snag your reservation (quick!) by calling 978.594.1908.
