A Night with No. 9 & Plantation Rum

RomRom

Ever thought about putting on a tie with a Hawaiian shirt? It might not be a bad idea on Monday, October 22nd, as No. 9 Park ditches the high-end wines for a very special dinner with Plantation Rum. It’s going to be elegance on island time, featuring a four-course spread paired with a spirited lineup of Plantation treats, from their famous Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum to the newest arrow in their boozy quiver, Xaymaca Special Dry. The meal will be hosted by Maison Ferrand’s own Sean Frederick, who will give you the lowdown on what’s in your glass (and maybe throw a few surprises into the mix) while you dine. It’s $165 per person including tax and tip; hold on to summer and grab a ticket here.
