Winemaker Corey Beck of the Niebaum Coppola Winery in Rutherford, California makes an appearance at Julien at the Langham Hotel for a four-course wine dinner on Wednesday, November 3rd. The evening begins with a 7:00pm reception featuring wine and passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner follows shortly after with multiple courses from chef de cuisine Mark Sapienza, all carefully paired with wines from the Niebaum Coppola’s vineyards.
