Look for a familiar face on the Food Network this month when pastry chef extraordinaire Nicole Coady of Finale is featured on the network’s new show, Sugar Rush. Titled Over the Top, the episode premieres on Wednesday, January 18th at 9:30pm (if you miss it the first time it’ll be on again on Sunday, January 22nd at 7:30pm). Coady will be demonstrating how to create the beautiful joconde cake that she uses in most of the pastries at Finale. She’ll also be divulging her secret recipe for an amazing bittersweet chocolate mousse with Valrhona Manjari chocolate.
