The folks at Fat Hen and La Brasa have added a chef-focused culinary series to the offerings at their East Somerville spot(s). Every Thursday, owner Daniel Bojorquez and chef Brian Miller will be welcoming a different cooker (it’s quite the roster!) to take over the kitchen for the evening, serving a prix fixe menu of snacks, mains, sides and desserts. You can reserve a spot in the spacious, socially-distant dining room at La Brasa between 6:00 and 9:00pm, or order your meal to-go and they’ll pack everything up for you to enjoy at home. Keep an eye on this landing page for info about upcoming installments and to see what’ll be on the menu. Then you can place your to-go order online or reserve your seat through OpenTable (look for the Special Menus section – you might have to scroll down a bit). Seating is limited (and so are the number of take-out meals) so get a move on and book your table/take-out as soon as you see something you like.
