New England Cheesemakers Series at L’Espalier

What better way to explore New England cheeses than with L’Espalier fromager Louis Risoli and chef Frank McClelland? The new year provides the opportunity to do just that with L’Espalier’s Cheese Tuesday Series. The four part series focusing on New England cheesemakers starts on Tuesday, January 11th with Barb and Harvey Levin of Hope Farm in East Charleston, Vermont. The Levin’s will be sharing their sheep’s milk cheese as well as their favorite cheeses from around the globe. For his part, chef McClelland will be sharing three courses of his award-winning fare, like L’Espalier grilled cheese and tomato soup; scallops and pappardelle Portuguese; tapenade crusted lamb with garlic and goat cheese soufflé.
