Forage is making the most of the waning days of patio season, hosting a Negroni Week kick-off party on Sunday, September 11th. Head for Cambridge to sip your way through three different takes on the classic cocktail courtesy of Katrina Valenti, paired up with some of chef Eric Cooper’s farm-to-table bites like the J’Accuse…! made with Four Roses Single Barrel, smoked duck liver, Campari, Cynar and chili oil which can be enjoyed with grilled eggplant, peperonata and toast. The party runs from 4:00 to 7:00pm; no tickets are required, but you can make a reservation here — just be sure to bring your party vibes!
