National Lobster Day Specials

PAH Creative for OAK Long Bar + Kitchen

Celebrate National Lobster Day while supporting a good cause at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen on Saturday, June 15th. Executive chef Zaid Khan and team are serving up two lobster-centric specials for the occasion, including a New England Lobster Boil with a 3lb Maine lobster, fingerling potatoes, corn, andouille sausage and preserved lemon clarified butter, and Lobster Thermidor Mac & Cheese with cavatappi pasta, Thermidor cheese sauce and a gruyere cheese crust. For every special sold they’ll donate $5 to Green Crab Org, a MA-based organization working to develop culinary markets for the green crab, an invasive species harming the native lobster population. The specials will be available starting at 12:00pm, so gather your lobstah lovin’ crew and book your lunch or dinner reservations.
