In need of a mid-week vacation? On Wednesday, September 18th, transport yourself to the lush vineyards of the Napa Valley at <> (Less Than, Greater Than) in Hudson. Chef Tom Kepner is teaming up with Morgaen Hoxsey, Ghost Block’s National Sales Manager and fifth-generation Napa winemaker, to offer up a four-course menu paired with specially-selected wines all the way from California.

The dinner, which runs from 6:00-9:00pm, includes a cheese course, two surprise courses and dessert from the spot’s pastry chef. Not a wine connoisseur? Fear not — Morgaen will teach you all about the wine in your glass and the vineyards where they were made while you dine.
