On Sunday, December 17th, head to Trident Booksellers & Café on Newbury Street to team up with Chef Karen Akunowicz of Myers & Chang for a night of cooking, tasting, and book signing. In addition to multiple James Beard nominations and a deep run on Top Chef Season 13, Chef Akunowicz co-authored the new book Myers & Chang at Home, and she’s going to be strutting her culinary stuff at Trident, demonstrating a recipe from her book that you’ll be able to duplicate at home. Tickets are $35, which gets you a seat at the cooking demo, recipe tasting, a copy of the book and a chance to get it signed by the chef.
