On Saturday, September 23rd, Schilling Beer Co. presents the Ammonoosuc Oktoberfest in Littleton, NH. This riverside celebration of artisan beer and community in the White Mountains features brews from some of the best in the country, including Speciation, an all-wild yeast brewery from Michigan. The festival kicks off with a brewer’s dinner on Friday, September 22nd featuring a soul-satisfying multi-course meal prepared by renowned Chef Adam Alderin of The Beal House in Littleton, NH. Formerly a NYC chef, and now running this quaint inn with his wife, Lori, Chef Alderin has developed a menu that reflects traditional German stylings, with a modern sensibility – perfect to pair with the collection of beer to be served at this dinner. Saturday includes two sessions, including food vending from Bronwyn and Cellars at Jasper Hill, as well as The Beal House. Tickets are very limited and can be purchased online here.
