Winemaker David Coventry will be presenting his finest wines paired with cuisine from chef Anthony Susi. Susi will be whipping up fennel custard, foie gras and baby vegetables; pecorino and asparagus tortelloni in truffle butter; striped bass, lentil-calamari salad, lobster foam; and roasted pork rack, stewed count necks, red cabbage slaw.
