Sage Restaurant and the Boston Wine Company invite you to join them for a winemakers’ dinner on Thursday, March 11th featuring Morgan Wines from California’s Santa Lucia Highlands. Winemaker David Coventry will be presenting his finest wines paired with cuisine from chef Anthony Susi. Susi will be whipping up fennel custard, foie gras and baby vegetables; pecorino and asparagus tortelloni in truffle butter; striped bass, lentil-calamari salad, lobster foam; and roasted pork rack, stewed count necks, red cabbage slaw.
