Mark your calendar for chef-owner Scott Herritt’s white truffle extravaganza coming up on Friday, November 7th. Book a table in Marliave’s recently reopened upstairs dining room at their hidden-in-plain-sight Downtown Crossing spot to tuck in to six truffle-laden courses. Dinner starts at 7:00pm though the truffle-y hors d’oeuvres will start circulating around 5:30pm. Herritt’s not one to ruin the surprise, so the menu is still under wraps, but there’s no doubt it’ll be worth every penny of its $175 price tag – especially as it’s accompanied by some pretty spectacular Barolos and Barbarescos.
